1 to 2 tbsp Heavy Cream


Instructions

1. Preheat oven to 350°F 175°C. Line baking sheets.

2. Combine oats, flour, cinnamon, baking soda, and salt. Set aside.

3. Beat softened butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar medium-high 2 minutes. Add egg and vanilla. Mix combined.

4. Add oat flour mixture on low just combined.

5. Scoop precisely uniform 1 1/2 tbsp portions 2 inches apart. Bake 350°F 10 to 12 minutes until edges set and lightly golden.

6. Cool completely before removing from sheet.

7. Beat cream cheese until silky smooth. Add powdered sugar, cinnamon, vanilla, and salt. Beat incredibly fluffy. Add cream one tbsp at a time for proper piping consistency.
