Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a large sheet pan with parchment paper.nIn a bowl, whisk together Dijon mustard, honey, whole grain mustard, lemon juice, garlic powder, and smoked paprika.nIn a separate bowl, toss the Brussels sprouts, bell pepper, and red onion with olive oil, salt, and pepper. Spread vegetables on the prepared sheet pan.nPlace salmon fillets among the vegetables on the sheet pan. Pat salmon dry and season with salt and pepper.nBrush the honey mustard glaze generously over the top of each salmon fillet.nBake for 12 to 15 minutes, or until the salmon is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork, and vegetables are tender.
