Ingredients

  • 0.25 teaspoons salt
  • 0.75 cups unsalted butter, softened
  • 0.75 cups granulated sugar
  • 0.75 cups brown sugar, packed
  • 1 large egg
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 1 cup Cadbury chocolate eggs, chopped

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix together the flour, baking soda, and salt. Set it aside.
  3. In a large mixing bowl, cream the softened butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until light and fluffy.
  4. Add the egg and vanilla extract to the butter and sugar mixture. Mix until well combined.
  5. Slowly add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture, stirring until just combined.
  6. Gently fold in the chopped Cadbury chocolate eggs.
  7. Drop spoonfuls of the cookie dough onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  8. Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until the edges are golden brown.
  9. Let the cookies cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring them to a wire rack to cool completely.
