Description

A sweet and creamy dessert that’s light, fluffy, and packed with fresh strawberry flavor, perfect for warm weather and special occasions.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 8 oz cream cheese (softened)
  • 0.5 cup sugar
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup strawberry puree (fresh strawberries blended)

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, beat the softened cream cheese with a hand mixer until it’s smooth. Add the sugar and mix until well combined.
  2. In a blender, blend fresh strawberries until smooth to make the strawberry puree. Optionally, add more sugar for added sweetness.
  3. Gently fold the strawberry puree into the cream cheese mixture until well mixed but still fluffy.
  4. In another bowl, whip the heavy cream until it forms soft peaks.
  5. Carefully fold the whipped cream into the strawberry cheesecake mixture, being gentle to maintain fluffiness.
  6. Spoon the mousse into serving dishes and chill in the fridge for at least 2 hours to set.

Notes

For serving, top with extra whipped cream, fresh strawberries, or a drizzle of chocolate. Best eaten within 2-3 days for optimal freshness.
