Banana Protein Muffins The Most Easy Almond Flour Oat 10g Protein Muffin You Will Bake

Description

The most easy and nourishing Banana Protein Muffins made in one bowl and ready in 30 minutes by whisking 1 cup ripe banana puree with 2 eggs 1/4 cup honey and 1 tsp vanilla then whisking in 1/2 cup almond flour 1/2 cup oat flour 1/2 cup vanilla protein powder 2 tsp baking powder 1/2 tsp cinnamon and 1/4 tsp salt folding in 1/2 cup chocolate chips or walnuts and scooping into 10 oiled muffin liners 3/4 full baking at 350°F for 18 to 24 minutes until toothpick clean and cooling completely. 10 grams protein per muffin. A completely perfect healthy meal prep muffin recipe.

1 cup Overripe Banana Puree pureed from very ripe brown-spotted bananas

2 large Eggs

1/4 cup Pure Honey

1 tsp Pure Vanilla Extract

1/2 cup Blanched Almond Flour

1/2 cup Oat Flour

1/2 cup Vanilla Protein Powder pea protein recommended sweetened

2 tsp Baking Powder

1/2 tsp Ground Cinnamon

1/4 tsp Salt

1/2 cup Chocolate Chips or Chopped Walnuts optional


Instructions

1. Preheat oven to 350°F. Line muffin tin with 10 liners. Spray liners with oil.

2. Whisk banana puree, eggs, honey, and vanilla in large bowl until combined.

3. Whisk in almond flour, oat flour, protein powder, baking powder, cinnamon, and salt until thick batter forms.

4. Fold in chocolate chips or walnuts if using.

5. Scoop into 10 prepared liners filling each 3/4 full.

6. Bake 18 to 24 minutes until toothpick comes out clean.

7. Cool completely before serving.
