A simple and delightful snack combining Nutella and bananas with Greek yogurt for a healthier treat.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 cups plain Greek yogurt (whole-milk for creamier texture)
  • 2 tablespoons honey (or maple syrup)
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 0.75 cup Nutella (slightly warmed for easier drizzling)
  • 1.5 cups ripe bananas, thinly sliced (about 2 medium bananas)
  • 0.25 cup chopped toasted hazelnuts
  • 2 tablespoons mini chocolate chips
  • 0.13 teaspoon fine sea salt (optional, enhances flavor)

Instructions

  1. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a medium bowl, combine Greek yogurt, honey, and vanilla extract; stir until smooth.
  3. Spread the yogurt mixture onto the lined baking sheet about 1/2 inch thick.
  4. Place the sliced bananas on top of the yogurt evenly.
  5. Drizzle the warmed Nutella over the bananas and yogurt.
  6. Sprinkle chopped hazelnuts and mini chocolate chips on top; optionally sprinkle fine sea salt.
  7. Freeze for at least 4 hours until completely frozen.
  8. Remove from parchment and break into pieces to serve.

Notes

For extra creaminess, use full-fat Greek yogurt. Customize toppings with different nuts or fruits.
