Fudgy and decadent White Chocolate Raspberry Swirl Brownies, perfect for sharing or indulging!

- 1/2 cup (1 stick) unsalted butter
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 large eggs
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 4 ounces white chocolate, chopped
- 1/4 cup seedless raspberry jam
- 1 tablespoon water
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour an 8×8 inch baking pan.
- In a medium saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat. Remove from heat and stir in the sugar, cocoa powder, and salt.
- Stir in the vanilla extract, then add the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
- Gradually add the flour, mixing until just combined.
- Pour the brownie batter into the prepared pan, spreading it evenly.
- In a microwave-safe bowl, combine the chopped white chocolate, raspberry jam, and water. Microwave in 30 second intervals, stirring in between, until melted and smooth.
- Drop spoonfuls of the white chocolate raspberry mixture over the brownie batter.
- Use a knife or skewer to swirl the white chocolate raspberry mixture into the brownie batter.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out with moist crumbs attached.
- Let the brownies cool completely in the pan before cutting into squares.
