Description

A homemade Taco Pizza made with golden crust, seasoned beef, refried beans, and melted cheese, topped with fresh lettuce and tomato.


Ingredients

3 cups all-purpose flour

1 tablespoon olive oil

1 teaspoon salt

1 teaspoon sugar

2¼ teaspoons active dry yeast

1 cup warm water

1 pound ground beef

1 packet taco seasoning

1 can refried beans

1 cup salsa

2 cups shredded cheddar cheese

1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

1 cup chopped lettuce

1 diced tomato

½ cup sliced black olives

½ cup crushed Doritos

Sour cream for serving


Instructions

1. Dissolve yeast and sugar in warm water and let it sit until frothy.

2. Combine flour and salt, then add olive oil and yeast mixture.

3. Knead until smooth and let rise for one hour.

4. Brown ground beef and season with taco seasoning.

5. Preheat oven to 425°F.

6. Roll out dough and spread refried beans, then salsa.

7. Add seasoned beef and sprinkle cheeses.

8. Bake 15–20 minutes until golden and bubbling.

9. Top with lettuce, tomato, olives, and Doritos.

10. Serve warm with sour cream.

Notes

Use homemade dough for best flavor.

Add crushed chips after baking for extra crunch.

Freeze leftovers up to two months.
