Description

Warm spaghetti mixed with meat sauce tucked inside crusty garlic butter bread bowls.


Ingredients

Scale

6 large crusty rolls

10 ounces spaghetti

2 cups marinara or meat sauce

1 pound ground beef

1 tablespoon olive oil

1 tablespoon Italian seasoning

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

1/4 cup grated Parmesan

6 tablespoons melted garlic butter

Salt and pepper

Fresh basil


Instructions

1. Cook spaghetti until al dente.

2. Brown ground beef and season.

3. Stir in marinara and simmer.

4. Toss spaghetti with sauce.

5. Hollow out rolls to make bowls.

6. Brush inside with garlic butter.

7. Fill bowls with spaghetti.

8. Top with cheese.

9. Bake until melted and golden.

10. Serve warm with basil.

Notes

Use sturdy rolls.

Add ricotta for creaminess.

Toast the rolls lightly for structure.
