The most easy Single Serve Protein Cookie made by adding 3 tbsp protein oats 2 tbsp unflavored protein powder 1/4 tsp baking powder 1 tbsp natural peanut butter 1 tsp maple syrup 1 tsp almond milk and 1/2 tsp vanilla to a small bowl mixing with a fork until thick dough forms folding in 1 tbsp dark chocolate chips and 1 tbsp candy gems scooping entire portion onto parchment-lined sheet pressing flat into round cookie shape and baking at 350°F for 8 to 10 minutes until set and golden. 21 grams protein. Ingredients
3 tbsp Protein Oats or regular rolled oats or quick oats
2 tbsp Unflavored Protein Powder or vanilla whey or pea protein
1/4 tsp Baking Powder
1 tbsp Natural Peanut Butter
1 tsp Pure Maple Syrup
1 tsp Almond Milk or milk of choice
1/2 tsp Pure Vanilla Extract
1 tbsp Dark Chocolate Chips
1 tbsp Candy Gems or Mini M&Ms
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 350°F. Line small cookie sheet with parchment.
2. Add all ingredients except chocolate chips and candy gems to small bowl.
3. Mix with fork until thick batter forms and all fully incorporated.
4. Fold in chocolate chips and candy gems gently without smashing candies.
5. Scoop entire dough onto prepared sheet as single mound.
6. Press flat with palm or back of scoop into round cookie shape.
7. Bake 8 to 10 minutes until set and golden.
8. If not quite set after 10 minutes, place in refrigerator 5 minutes to finish setting. Do not overbake.
9. Serve warm immediately.
