  • 1 (14 ounce) can sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 teaspoon mint extract (adjust to taste)
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Green food coloring (gel preferred)
  • Pinch of salt

Instructions

  1. 1. Line an 8×8 inch baking pan with parchment paper.
  2. 2. In a large, microwave safe bowl, combine the white chocolate chips and sweetened condensed milk. Microwave in 30 second intervals, stirring well between each interval, until the chocolate is completely melted and smooth.
  3. 3. Stir in the mint extract, vanilla extract, and salt. Add the green food coloring a few drops at a time until you achieve your desired shade of green.
  4. 4. Pour the fudge mixture into the prepared pan and spread evenly.
  5. 5. Cover the pan with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or until firm.
  6. 6. Once the fudge is firm, lift it out of the pan using the parchment paper. Cut it into small squares and serve.
