Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup shredded coconut
  • 1/2 cup sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Pinch of salt

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine shredded coconut, sweetened condensed milk, graham cracker crumbs, vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt. Mix well until fully incorporated.
  2. Chill the mixture in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes to make it easier to handle.
  3. Once chilled, scoop a small amount of the mixture and flatten it in your palm.
  4. Place a few chocolate chips in the center and roll the mixture around it to form a ball.
  5. Repeat until all the mixture is used.
  6. Place the balls on a baking sheet and chill again for about 30 minutes.
  7. Serve chilled or at room temperature.

Notes

For added texture, roll the balls in extra shredded coconut or crushed nuts before chilling.
