- 1 cup strong brewed coffee, cooled
- 2 tablespoons matcha liqueur, optional

- 1 package (7 ounces) ladyfingers

Instructions
- Prepare the Matcha Cream: In a large bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form.
- In a separate bowl, combine the mascarpone cheese, powdered sugar, matcha powder, and vanilla extract. Mix until smooth and creamy.
- Gently fold the whipped cream into the mascarpone mixture until well combined. Be careful not to deflate the cream.
- nMake the Coffee Soak: In a shallow dish, combine the cooled coffee and matcha liqueur (if using).
- nAssemble the Tiramisu Bowls: Lightly dip each ladyfinger into the coffee mixture for a few seconds, ensuring they are soaked but not soggy.
- In individual serving bowls or cups, layer the soaked ladyfingers and matcha cream. Repeat layers until the bowls are filled.
- Chill and Serve: Cover the bowls with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or preferably overnight, to allow the flavors to meld together.
- Before serving, dust the tops of the Matcha Tiramisu Bowls with matcha powder. Garnish with white chocolate shavings and fresh raspberries, if desired.
