This Korean Baked Cauliflower recipe is a flavorful and easy side dish that combines roasted cauliflower with a sweet and spicy gochujang glaze. Perfect for adding a kick to any meal!

- 1 large head cauliflower, cut into florets
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 3 tablespoons gochujang (Korean chili paste)
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon grated ginger
- 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)
- 1 tablespoon sesame seeds, for garnish
- 1 green onion, thinly sliced, for garnish
Instructions
- 1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- 2. Toss cauliflower florets with olive oil, salt, and pepper.
- 3. Spread cauliflower in a single layer on the baking sheet. Roast for 20-25 minutes.
- 4. Whisk together gochujang, honey, soy sauce, sesame oil, garlic, ginger, and red pepper flakes (if using).
- 5. Remove cauliflower from oven, transfer to a bowl, and pour glaze over it. Toss to coat.
- 6. Return glazed cauliflower to baking sheet and bake for 5-10 minutes, until glaze is bubbly.
- 7. Garnish with sesame seeds and green onion. Serve immediately.
