Ingredients
Scale
- 1 pound boneless, skinless chicken thighs, cut into bite size pieces
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon chili powder
- 1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika
- 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper (adjust to your spice preference)
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- 4 tablespoons butter
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- 4 packages ramen noodles (discard seasoning packets)
- 4 cups chicken broth
- 2 green onions, thinly sliced, for garnish
- Sesame seeds, for garnish
- Optional: Soft boiled egg, for serving
Instructions
- In a bowl, toss the chicken with olive oil, chili powder, smoked paprika, cayenne pepper, salt, and pepper.
- Heat a large skillet over medium high heat. Add the seasoned chicken and cook until browned and cooked through, about 5 7 minutes. Set aside.
- In the same skillet, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and cook until fragrant, about 1 minute. Be careful not to burn the garlic.
- Pour in the heavy cream and bring to a simmer. Stir in the Parmesan cheese until melted and smooth. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Stir in the chopped parsley.
- While the sauce is simmering, cook the ramen noodles according to package directions, using chicken broth instead of water. Drain the noodles.
- Add the cooked chicken and drained ramen noodles to the creamy garlic sauce. Toss to coat everything evenly.
- Divide the Fiery Chicken Ramen with Creamy Garlic Sauce into bowls. Garnish with sliced green onions and sesame seeds. Add a soft boiled egg, if desired. Enjoy!
