Delicious and simple treat combining juicy raspberries with a crunchy oatmeal topping, perfect for breakfast, snacks, or dessert.

- 1.5 cups rolled oats
- 0.75 cups brown sugar
- 0.5 cups all-purpose flour
- 0.5 cups butter (melted)
- 2 cups fresh or frozen raspberries
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a baking dish.
- In a bowl, combine rolled oats, brown sugar, and flour; stir until well mixed.
- Pour in the melted butter and mix until the mixture resembles crumbs.
- Press half of the mixture into the bottom of the prepared baking dish, forming a crust.
- Spread the raspberries evenly over the crust.
- Sprinkle the remaining oat mixture over the raspberries.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes or until the top is golden brown.
- Allow to cool completely before cutting into squares.
Notes
For sweeter bars, add more sugar. Can be made vegan by using coconut oil and maple syrup.
