Golden biscuit dough filled with pepperoni, mozzarella, and pizza sauce for a quick, cheesy snack everyone loves.
Ingredients
1 can refrigerated biscuit dough (8 biscuits)
24 slices pepperoni
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
½ cup pizza sauce
2 tablespoons melted butter
½ teaspoon garlic powder
½ teaspoon Italian seasoning
2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C)
2. Flatten each biscuit into a small circle
3. Place 1 teaspoon pizza sauce in center
4. Add pepperoni and mozzarella
5. Seal edges to form a ball
6. Place seam side down in greased baking dish
7. Brush tops with garlic butter and seasoning
8. Sprinkle with Parmesan
9. Bake 15 to 18 minutes until golden brown
10. Serve warm with dipping sauce
Notes
Do not overfill dough or it may leak
Use spicy pepperoni for a kick
Add string cheese for extra stretch
