- 1 pound Boneless Chicken Breasts (diced into bite-sized pieces)
- 4 cups Fresh Broccoli Florets (crisp and vibrant)
- To taste Salt
- To taste Pepper
- 4 tablespoons Unsalted Butter
- 4 cloves Fresh Garlic (minced)
- 3 tablespoons Soy Sauce
- 1 tablespoon Honey
- 1/2 teaspoon Red Pepper Flakes (for a gentle kick)
- 1 tablespoon Fresh Lemon Juice (to brighten the sauce)
Instructions
- Heat a large pan over medium-high heat and add 2 tablespoons of butter.
- Once the butter is melted, add the diced chicken and season with salt and pepper. Cook until browned and cooked through, about 6-7 minutes. Remove from pan and set aside.
- In the same pan, add the remaining butter and minced garlic. Sauté for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
- Add the broccoli florets and stir-fry for about 3-4 minutes until tender but still crisp.
- Return the chicken to the pan and pour in the soy sauce, honey, red pepper flakes, and lemon juice. Stir well to combine and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes to heat through.
- Remove from heat and serve warm.
Notes
Customize the recipe by adding other proteins like shrimp or tofu, or swap broccoli for asparagus or green beans for different flavors.
