Ingredients

Scale

1 package 14.3 oz Oreos crushed and divided

1/2 cup Unsalted Butter softened

1 cup Powdered Sugar

2 packages 3.9 oz each Instant Chocolate Pudding Mix

3 1/2 cups Cold Milk

1 container 12 oz Whipped Topping thawed

1 bag Candy-Coated Chocolate Eggs

Gummy Worms for decoration optional

Instructions

1. Crush all Oreos to fine crumbs. Divide into two portions for the base and topping.

2. Beat softened butter, cream cheese, and powdered sugar until completely smooth and creamy.

3. Whisk both packages of instant chocolate pudding mix with cold milk for 2 minutes until thickened. Rest 5 minutes.

4. Fold thawed whipped topping into thickened pudding gently until combined and fluffy.

5. Spread half the Oreo crumbs in an even layer across the bottom of a 9×13 inch casserole dish.

6. Spread cream cheese mixture evenly over the Oreo base.

7. Spread chocolate pudding mixture evenly over the cream cheese layer.

8. Scatter remaining Oreo crumbs across the entire surface.

9. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate at least 2 hours or overnight.

10. Before serving press candy eggs into the Oreo surface and tuck gummy worms into the crumbs.

11. Serve cold scooped directly from the dish.

Notes

Always use instant pudding not cook-and-serve pudding.

Both cream cheese and butter must be at full room temperature before beating.

Fold whipped topping into pudding gently to preserve its airy texture.

Allow pudding to sit a full 5 minutes before folding in whipped topping.
