1. Preheat oven to 350°F. Line a 9×13 inch pan with parchment paper leaving an overhang on the sides.

2. Whisk melted butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until smooth.

3. Add eggs one at a time whisking vigorously after each. Stir in vanilla.

4. Sift flour, cocoa, and salt in a separate bowl.

5. Fold dry ingredients into wet with a spatula until just combined. Do not overmix.

6. Fold in chocolate chips.

7. Pour and spread batter evenly into prepared pan.

8. Bake 30 to 35 minutes until toothpick comes out with moist crumbs but no wet batter.

9. Cool completely in pan on a wire rack before adding any topping.

10. Melt chocolate chips and coconut oil in 20-second microwave bursts stirring between each until smooth.

11. Pour over cooled brownies and spread in an even layer. Allow to set 15 minutes.

12. Divide melted white chocolate into 3 bowls. Tint with pink blue and yellow gel food coloring.

13. Drizzle pastel chocolates over set topping. Scatter sprinkles and press candy eggs gently into the surface.

14. Set fully 20 to 30 minutes at room temperature or 15 minutes refrigerated.

15. Slice with a hot dry knife wiping between each cut.

Notes

Never overmix the batter after adding flour. Stop as soon as no dry streaks remain.

Cool brownies completely before adding chocolate topping to prevent it melting into the base.

Use gel food coloring not liquid for the white chocolate drizzle to prevent seizing.

A tablespoon of strong cooled coffee stirred into the batter deepens the chocolate flavor dramatically.

Store at room temperature up to 3 days or refrigerated up to 1 week.
