Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, mix together the all-purpose flour, ground almonds, sugar, ground cinnamon, ground cloves, ground nutmeg, and baking powder.
- In another bowl, combine the honey and the beaten egg.
- Slowly add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients, mixing until a dough forms.
- Roll the dough into small balls, about the size of a walnut.
- Place the balls on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, making sure to leave enough space between them.
- Bake for 12 to 15 minutes or until the cookies are lightly browned.
- Once done, let them cool slightly, then dust with powdered sugar before serving.
