- 2 cups mixed berries (fresh or frozen)
- 1 cup gluten-free oats
- 0.5 cup brown sugar
- 0.5 cup butter (melted)
- 0.5 teaspoon salt
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine the mixed berries. If using frozen berries, let them thaw a bit first.
- In another bowl, mix the gluten-free oats, brown sugar, melted butter, and salt until combined.
- Place the berries in a baking dish. Spread the oat mixture evenly over the top of the berries.
- Bake in the oven for about 30-35 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and the berries are bubbling.
- Remove from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
Notes
Serve warm topped with vanilla ice cream or whipped cream. Pairs well with yogurt. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to three days.
