Instructions
- 1. In a large pot, combine chicken broth, soy sauce, sesame oil, ginger, garlic, and sriracha (if using). Bring to a simmer.
- 2. Add bok choy, mushrooms, and carrots to the simmering broth. Cook for 5 minutes until tender.
