- 1 lb tender meat (chicken, beef, or pork)
- 2 cups mixed vegetables (bell peppers, carrots, bean sprouts, and broccoli)
- 3 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons oyster sauce
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 teaspoon ginger, grated
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Cut the meat into bite-sized pieces and marinate with soy sauce and cornstarch for about 10 minutes.
- Heat vegetable oil in a large pan or wok over medium-high heat.
- Add minced garlic and grated ginger, stir-frying for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
- Add the marinated meat and cook until browned and cooked through.
- Add the mixed vegetables to the pan, stir-frying for another 3-5 minutes until they are tender but still crisp.
- Pour in the oyster sauce, mixing well to coat the meat and vegetables.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Serve hot over rice or noodles.
Notes
For added flavor, garnish with chopped green onions or sesame seeds. Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
