The most extraordinary Churro Protein Cheesecake Bars made by preheating oven to 350°F spraying 8×8-inch dish pressing 4 crescent rolls into bottom sealing seams beating 8 oz cream cheese 3/4 cup Greek yogurt 1 large egg 1 tsp vanilla 1/4 cup vanilla protein powder and 1/4 cup sweetener until completely smooth spreading over crescent base flattening remaining 4 crescent rolls into matching sheet placing over filling sprinkling with combined 1 tbsp cinnamon and 2 tbsp sugar baking 25 to 30 minutes until golden brown cooling completely refrigerating 2 to 3 hours or overnight and slicing into 9 bars. 9.8 grams protein per bar. Ingredients

1 tube 8 oz Crescent Rolls such as Pillsbury

1 tbsp Ground Cinnamon

2 tbsp Granulated Sugar 24g

8 oz Cream Cheese fat-free light or full-fat

3/4 cup 170g Plain Greek Yogurt nonfat 2% or whole

1 large Egg

1 tsp Pure Vanilla Extract

1/4 cup 30g Vanilla Protein Powder

1/4 cup 48g Granular Sweetener Swerve or granulated sugar


Instructions

1. Preheat oven to 350°F. Spray 8×8-inch dish with cooking spray.

2. Press 4 crescent rolls into bottom of dish. Seal seams as completely as possible.

3. Beat cream cheese, Greek yogurt, egg, vanilla, protein powder, and sweetener until completely smooth.

4. Spread filling evenly over crescent roll base.

5. Flatten remaining 4 crescent rolls between parchment until same size as dish.

6. Gently place flattened dough over filling.

7. Combine cinnamon and sugar in small bowl. Sprinkle generously over entire top.

8. Bake 25 to 30 minutes until golden brown at edges.

9. Cool completely to room temperature.

10. Refrigerate 2 to 3 hours to set. Overnight is most recommended.

11. Slice into 9 individual bars.
