The most easy and naturally vibrant Blueberry Brownies made by blending 1 1/2 cups fresh or thawed blueberries smooth pouring into saucepan simmering over medium-low heat stirring constantly until reduced to 1/2 cup cooling completely then combining 10 tbsp melted butter 1 1/4 cups sugar 2 room temperature eggs 1/2 tsp vanilla and 1/2 tsp sea salt folding in cooled blueberry reduction gradually adding 1 cup sifted flour stirring just until combined spreading into parchment-lined 8×8-inch dish baking at 325°F for 35 to 40 minutes until toothpick shows few moist crumbs cooling completely then spreading vanilla glaze of powdered sugar milk vanilla and salt in two layers allowing each to harden before cutting into 16 squares. 1 1/2 cups Fresh or Frozen thawed Blueberries

10 tbsp Unsalted Butter melted

1 1/4 cups Granulated Sugar

2 large Eggs room temperature

1/2 tsp Pure Vanilla Extract

1/2 tsp Sea Salt

1 cup All-Purpose Flour sifted

1 cup Powdered Sugar sifted for glaze

2 tbsp Whole Milk

1/8 tsp Pure Vanilla Extract for glaze

Pinch of Salt for glaze


Instructions

1. Blend blueberries until smooth puree.

2. Simmer puree in saucepan over medium-low heat stirring constantly until reduced to 1/2 cup. Cool completely.

3. Preheat oven to 325°F 163°C. Line 8×8-inch glass dish with parchment.

4. Combine melted butter and sugar in medium bowl.

5. Stir in room temperature eggs, vanilla, and sea salt until uniform.

6. Fold in completely cooled blueberry reduction.

7. Gradually add sifted flour stirring until just combined. Do not overmix.

8. Pour into prepared dish spreading evenly.

9. Bake middle rack 35 to 40 minutes checking at 30 minutes until center set and toothpick shows few crumbs.

10. Cool completely in pan.

11. Whisk glaze ingredients until smooth.

12. Spread half glaze over cooled brownies. Allow to harden.

13. Spread remaining glaze. Allow to harden.

14. Cut into 16 squares. Store in airtight container.
