- 1 cup (2 sticks) unsalted butter, softened
- ¾ cup granulated sugar
- ¾ cup packed light brown sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- ¼ cup Bailey’s Irish Cream liqueur
- 2 ¼ cups all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- ½ teaspoon salt
- 2 cups powdered sugar
- ¼ cup Bailey’s Irish Cream liqueur
- 1–2 tablespoons milk (or more Bailey’s!)
- Green sprinkles (optional)
Instructions
- Cream together butter and sugars.
- Beat in eggs, vanilla, Bailey’s.
- Whisk together flour, baking soda, and salt.
- Gradually add dry ingredients to wet ingredients.
- Chill dough for 30 minutes.
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Scoop dough onto baking sheets.
- Bake for 8-10 minutes.
- Cool on baking sheets, then transfer to a wire rack.
- Whisk together powdered sugar, Bailey’s, and milk for glaze.
- Dip cookies in glaze and add sprinkles.
- Let glaze set completely.
