These Air-Fryer Crispy Chicken Wings are incredibly easy to make and deliver perfectly crispy wings without all the oil. Great for game day or family dinners!

- 2 pounds chicken wings, drumettes and flats separated
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 cup all purpose flour
- 1/4 cup cornstarch
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper (optional)
Instructions
- Pat the chicken wings dry with paper towels.
- In a large bowl, toss the wings with olive oil, salt, and pepper.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, cornstarch, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, and cayenne pepper (if using).
- One at a time, dredge each wing in the flour mixture, ensuring it’s fully coated.
- Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- Place the coated wings in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Cook for 20 minutes, then flip the wings and cook for another 15-20 minutes, or until they are golden brown and crispy.
- Serve immediately with your favorite dipping sauces.
